• Any patron, below 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/parent aged 21 or over.
• Entry patrons (including children above 12 months) require a valid ticket to enter Coca-Cola Arena.
• Guests under 14 are not permitted in the General Admission Standing Floor Area.
• Your E-Tickets will be sent 2 days prior to the event day.

• Customers are advised not to purchase Platinumlist-branded Tickets resold through so-called secondary ticketing websites (such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, Stubhub ,Dubizzle or similar sites) or online selling sites such as eBay as it is possible the Ticket may not be valid for entry or will be canceled by Platinumlist should Platinumlist become aware that the Ticket has been resold.  In some countries, the re-sale of tickets is banned by law.

• It is the responsibility of Customers to protect their tickets from loss or theft. 

• Platinumlist is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen Tickets and does not issue refunds for lost or stolen Tickets. This applies to electronically issue Tickets as well as printed Tickets.

• In the event a Customer’s electronic Ticket is copied/stolen (e.g. via hacked email, or through delivery to a shared email address) and the Ticket is used and scanned before the Customer enters the Event, the Customer will be refused entry as the Ticket will have been canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be offered to the Customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their electronic Tickets with the same caution and care they would protect a physical printed Ticket from theft.
• No re-entry once the ticket is validated.

Security Measures:

• Patrons must protect their tickets to avoid loss or theft. In the event of ticket loss or theft, Platinumlist will not be responsible for replacement or refund.
• Electronic tickets that have been copied or fall into unauthorized hands may result in denial of entry; the ticket is considered canceled at first use and no refunds are provided.

Entry Policy:

• Once validated for entry, tickets cannot be re-entered.
• All patrons must have a valid ticket to enter Coca-Cola Arena.

• Tickets can be purchased through authorized channels only, including Platinumlist’s official website and approved ticketing partners.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All sales are final; refunds will not be granted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Ticket Delivery:

• Tickets will be delivered electronically via email, typically within 2 days before the event date.
• Ensure that you provide correct and updated contact information when making a purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Events can be canceled, rescheduled, or modified according to Platinumlist’s discretion. In such cases, customers will receive notice via email or phone, and options for a refund or exchange may be offered.
• No refunds are provided unless the event is officially canceled.

• Patrons must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
• The management reserves the right to make any necessary changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Smoking, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside Coca-Cola Arena.
• The use of cameras and recording devices may be subject to restrictions; please check the event information for specific details.

• By car: Coca-Cola Arena is located in the City Walk area and it's easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. From Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 47 towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk. 
  
  

• By public transportation: Coca-Cola Arena Dubai is easily accessible by metro, you can take the Red Line and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From there, you can walk a few minutes to reach Coca-Cola Arena.
  
  

• By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Coca-Cola Arena Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
