The organiser reserves the right to amend event details, including schedule, content, or speakers, where necessary. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

The organiser, venue, and ticketing partner shall not be held responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.

Any unauthorised recording, resale, duplication, or commercial use of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

In the event of postponement or cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the organiser’s refund policy and within the timelines communicated to customers.

Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances) may affect the event, and no liability shall arise in such cases.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Liability is not limited or excluded where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The organiser, venue, and ticketing partner are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising in connection with the event or ticket usage.
